Get the gift of a smile.

Working with you for better health
We've created a dental hygiene practice that puts your smile out there--front and center--for everyone to see. Our dental hygienist is for those who seek the highest quality oral health care and disease prevention from a holistic dentistry approach, keeping your individual needs as our top priority. Our services are offered at a reasonable rate allowing you to stretch your insurance dollars and save on out-of-pocket expenses.

Experience the difference… your teeth will thank you!
In 2007, the province of Ontario increased access to dental hygiene services by allowing hygienists to operate independent of a dentist. Dental and oral health care is now more accessible. On The Cusp Dental Hygiene Care will work with you to establish a plan that will include disease prevention, therapeutic interventions and appropriate referrals when required. We work collaboratively with other health care professionals to ensure that your health needs are addressed safely, effectively and efficiently.

Your oral health and well-being are our top priority. We believe that the best way to help you achieve and maintain this comes from our holistic approach to your individualized care.

It's never too early (or late) to set good dental care habits in motion. The signs of gum disease may include bleeding or swollen gums. It’s an infectious condition that can result in the destruction of gum tissue and bone. If left untreated, the bacteria that cause gum disease may travel through the blood stream and be a risk factor for a number of serious health conditions such as heart disease, stroke, respiratory diseases, diabetes, and pregnancy complications.

The link between oral infections and other diseases in the body is becoming well documented and accepted within the health care community. It underscores the importance of good oral hygiene and the role dental hygienists play in preventing oral disease.
